It is very easy to start using us as your digitizer/artwork service provider. You can use
the link to request a quote from the website by filling the form or you can just send us a
email to info@aztechdigitizing.com along with the logo and the instruction for it.

All left chest / hat / full back files are $25. Click here to view our pricing guidelines.

Orders are returned within 24 hours guaranteed. Under Hassel Free plan orders are returned within 18 hours, our guarantee. Edit requests placed before 12pm will be ready within 2 hours and some times max. 24 hours if it requires new digitizing. Typically all orders placed after 5pm are completed before noon the next day. 

Quotes are typically turned around within 4-6 hours.

No. We do not charge extra for rush services.

We accept most popular file formats. The file formats that we can accept include, (but are not limited to):

JPG, PDF, GIF, BMP, TIF, AI, EPS, CDR.

We can provide the designs in DST &  EMB format.

Yes! For lifetime !  All of your original artwork and stitch files are archived for easy storage and retrieval, in case you ever need to request edits or retrieve lost files. 

We use Wilcom. The most trusted digitizing software.

For Basic plan we send the paypal request after every order as per the stitch count For the Premium and Ultimate plan we can do monthly biling and you can use wire transfer too.

Yes. Invoices consist of the name of the job, date submitted, stitch count & cost.
